1 – Reservation and Rental

Reservation requests can be made by mail, mail or fax to the Riad “Granvilier”. These will be considered after receipt of your bank transfer (bank charges to the customer) or Western Union office. Therefore, we will acknowledge your reservation by joining a copy of your receipt. This will be considered an acknowledgment on our part. For bookings: – a deposit of 30% of the total stay at time of booking. – A deposit of 50% of the total stay for the holiday season.

2 – Payment of the balance

The balance is made on site with the representative of the Riad “Granvilier” in cash or by credit card (4% extra commission for Interbank Electronic Banking Centre).
A municipal tax of 15 dh stay per night and person is added to the room, as well as tourism promotion tax dh 8 per night per person, or 23 dh (€ 2). These taxes are fully repaid to the City of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Office of Tourism..

3 – Cancellation

If canceled by the client: – More than 30 days before the rental start date: deposit refunded in full. – 30 to 10 days before the rental start date: deposit refunded 50%. – Less than 10 days before the date of commencement of the rental: No refund. – Less than 3 days before the date of commencement of the rental: payment of the whole stay. If canceled due to the Riad “Granvilier”: – Refund of full deposit.

4 – Change of booking by the client

Any change of reservation (dates, number of occupants, etc. …) because of the customer will result in the application of new pricing terms. If these changes occur within 10 days before arrival date, the new pricing conditions will be AT LEAST equal to the previous conditions. 5 – Jurisdiction. In case of dispute concerning the execution hereof, the courts of Marrakech (Morocco) will be competent. These terms and conditions, arrested on 01 January 2006, supersedes all previous and are applicable for all bookings confirmed after this date.
